ANNOUNCEMENT: Regarding the temporary public closure of Thăng Long Imperial Citadel and Cổ Loa sites due to acute respiratory disease caused by Novel Coronavirus

To implement Directive 06/ CT- TTg dated 31 January 2020 by the Prime Ministers, Official Telegram 396/CĐ- BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Dispatch 358/UBND- KGVX of Hanoi People’s Committee on heightened measures to prevent the acute respiratory disease in festival activities at cultural and historical sites,

The Thăng Long-Hà Nội Heritage Conservation Centre would like to announce that Thăng Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site and Cổ Loa Relic Site will be closed to visitors from 15:00 of 4 February 2020. The re-opening of the two sites will be announced at a later date, when there are directions from the municipal authorities.

We are sorry for any inconveniences and thank you very much for your cooperation in implementing measures to combat this increasingly complicated epidemic.
